Ixlusions

People come and go,
some loves, some hates and some ignores.
They made me laugh, sometimes I cried too
but never once anyone realized
that the child like girl
was not just breaking
but she was lonely too.
And, now when I’ve grown up
I have understood
that everyone else is like this too.
They may make it loud
and pretend that it’s all fun
but from inside they’re all numb.
They know how to fix everything
that has ever been wrong
but sadly our lives aren’t just of our own.
And, now they’re all alone fighting,
just to make those disappointed eyes start shinning.
Some gave up too soon,
some are still holding on.
For how long all of this will carry on?
My parents are getting impatient for some good result
but I’m scared that I’m not that strong.
None of us is wrong,
it’s just how the world works.
The world is definitely not a safe place,
therefore, make sure that atleast your home is full of happiness on everyone’s face.
We’ll be able to do it, I believe everyone will.
Just make sure to give yourself some time because I know no one ever will.
This is how I understand myself,
I hope you too will.
This is not someone’s life story
but a cycle that always repeats.
