The dark place

I feel bad for people who are currently in the dark place. I’ve been there too. Not sure if I am out of it yet. So I can assure you that it isn’t one of the places you would want to go.
The dark place is made full of negativity. It’s like you’re struck in a forest, where every route seems same and you’re lost, you’ve no idea where’s the escape. You’re scared, so scared. You don’t wanna be here but it’ll take some time to be able to hug the freedom. But if incase someone’s coming there to free you from that scary place then that’s a whole different plot, think yourself as blessed if that happens. Because at a time like this it’s really difficult for your loved ones to help you too even if they know how helpless and lonely you might be feeling there right now. Since they themselves don’t have any idea that how deep you’re in there. Don’t blame them because if they really care then they’ll notice your absence and they’ll be as desperate as you to help you out. Not everyone is as mean as it looks like while we’re all stuck there.

It’s been a while since you’re in that place now. Maybe hours/days/weeks? no idea. But you’re getting a bit used to being there, just used to but you’re at a point where you think that it’s not that scary now. Wait! What’s that? is that a wild bear. I guess you made an opinion too soon. What do you gonna do now? You won’t be able to fight that. You have to do something quick or else the bear will kill you. You can’t die there are people who are still waiting for you, even if they don’t say or show it but you know they are there. The idea of playing dead is good, maybe it’ll make the bear go away.

And, that’s how she played dead until the bear left her alone. That’s why she’s not leaving her bed mother. I know you’re worried. It’ll take some time but she’ll be okay.

I promise.

(Here I’m tried to describe depression as *a dark place* and anxiety as *the bear*.
